We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to provide your treatment), legal obligation (clinical record keeping), and in some cases your explicit consent (for example, to use before-and-after photographs for marketing purposes).
As a healthcare provider, we are required to retain clinical records for a minimum of 8 years from the date of last treatment, or until age 25 for younger clients. This is in accordance with NHS and professional guidance.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations), and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
