Please read this policy carefully before booking any treatment at The Nurse Practitioner Clinic. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
All treatments and consultations provided by The Nurse Practitioner Clinic are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been carried out, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy is in place because aesthetic treatments involve the time, clinical expertise, and materials of a medically trained professional. Results can vary between individuals, and no guarantee of a specific outcome is made or implied at any point during the booking or consultation process.
Consultation fees are non-refundable. A consultation fee covers the clinical time of the practitioner, a full assessment, and a personalised treatment plan — regardless of whether you proceed to book a treatment following the consultation.
Where a deposit or full prepayment is required to secure an appointment, this amount is non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to an alternative appointment date provided that at least 48 hours' notice is given. Failure to attend without sufficient notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
We ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment value. Failure to attend without any notice will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment value.
We understand that genuine emergencies arise. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
All known risks are explained at consultation and must be acknowledged before any treatment proceeds. In the rare event of a complication, The Nurse Practitioner Clinic will provide appropriate aftercare support in line with clinical protocols. This does not constitute grounds for a refund of treatment fees.

Where treatments are purchased as a course of sessions, payment is required in full in advance. Individual sessions within a course are non-refundable. In exceptional medical circumstances where a course cannot be completed, any unused sessions may be reviewed at the practitioner's discretion.
