These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by The Nurse Practitioner Clinic ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms in full.
The Nurse Practitioner Clinic is an independent aesthetics clinic based in Dedham, Essex, operated by a registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber. We provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, polynucleotides, skin boosters, PRP and chemical peels.
All treatments require a clinical consultation prior to proceeding. It is your responsibility to disclose your full medical history, current medications, allergies and any previous aesthetic treatments at the time of consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not clinically appropriate for you.
Treatments are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain medical conditions and medications may also contraindicate treatment. This will be assessed at consultation.
Before any treatment is carried out, you will be asked to provide written informed consent. This confirms that you have been fully briefed on the nature of the treatment, the potential risks and side effects, the expected results, and the aftercare requirements. No treatment will proceed without signed consent.
Aesthetic treatments produce results that vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Results are influenced by individual factors including skin type, lifestyle, age and the body's natural response to treatment. Any before-and-after images shown are for illustrative purposes only and are not representative of guaranteed results.
All prices displayed on this website are correct at time of publication and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your treatment will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details of our cancellation terms. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
Aftercare instructions will be provided following every treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully. Failure to do so may affect the quality and longevity of your results. In the event of any concern or complication, please contact us promptly so that we can advise and support you appropriately.
We take all concerns seriously. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us in the first instance to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
